Vo Ly Gia Ngan is currently working as a freelance English teacher. Her main responsibilities include designing lessons and delivering instruction tailored to my learners' needs. Teaching philosophy: 

"My teaching philosophy centers around the belief that teaching is both a process of learning and inspiring. I continually strive to improve my own understanding in the field of linguistics, which is one of the key reasons I am pursuing a Master's degree. I also believe in learning from my students - many of whom come from diverse professional backgrounds - making each teaching experience a two-way exchange. More importantly, I aim not just to teach content but to motivate my students by helping them identify their needs, set achievable goals, and support them on the journey toward achieving those goals."

Ngo Hong Bao Tran is a graduate student whose major is TESOL, USSH, VNUHCM. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc holds a Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (HCMUSSH), and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in TESOL at the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature, HCMUSSH. Her teaching interests include pronunciation, grammar, linguistics, integrated English skills, IELTS, and VSTEP preparation. She is currently working as an English teacher at Xpert English Center and also manages her own online classes for adult learners. Ngoc aspires to work in higher education, where she hopes to inspire students and contribute to social development by cultivating a workforce with strong English language competence. She also aims to continuously grow in her teaching career.

I am a teacher at ILA English Center with almost five years of experience teaching a range of learner levels, from Cambridge YLE courses to IELTS, VSTEP, and communication courses. I am eager to guide students in achieving their goals during their learning process, since the joy of helping them get what they desire but cannot achieve by themselves forces me to become a professional, skilled, and inspiring teacher.

Tran Xuan Anh is currently working at Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, located in Binh Duong Province. With 8-year experience, her main responsibilities encompass teaching general English for students from non-majored English classes as well as foster majored students to prepare them for many regional and national competitions. By taking the MATESOL course from USSH, she hopes to develop herself as a teacher in both knowledge and competence, thus better facilitating students' learning experience.
