TESOL PRACTICUM INFORMATION

The course “TESOL Practicum” in the Master’s program named Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA in TESOL) in the cohort of 2023 from the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, has engaged graduate students in organizing a series of activities including teaching observation, micro-teaching, workshop, seminars and gala dinner. These activities took place from April 20 to April 24, 2025, at the Faculty of English for Specific Purposes, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi.

The course aims to enable graduate students to proactively apply the knowledge acquired throughout the TESOL Master’s program in real-world contexts, as well as to share research ideas in preparation for thesis writing and defense, which are essential components for the completion of their academic program in the near future.
