Ketchup & Fries: Science in Action!

Huge congrats to our HCISD Horticulture Team for leading the incredible Ketchup & Fries Plant Project! This was a true district-wide collaboration:

Elementary: Grew the tomatoes.

Middle School: Cultivated the potatoes.

High School: Mastered the grafting process to combine them into one plant!

From plant science to teamwork, our students are proving that innovation grows right here at HCISD.

HEB It's Time TX

The H-E-B Community Challenge, part of the annual It’s Time Texas health and wellness competition, is a free state-wide event that encourages Texans to log healthy activities, eat better, and engage in their communities to win prizes and titles.
