Practice:
Southern Stars Practice will be held before school, during 1st period class, and after school when necessary.
Monthly Calendars will be posted via the BAND app with all final dates and times.
Season Expectations:
Football Season: Typically includes before-school (7:15am) and occasional after-school practices (Estimated end times: 5:30pm - 6:30pm)
Competition Season: (Typically November-February) Practices are more frequent and may be held both before and after school up until Competition day. After-school practice times vary depending on the availability of facilities such as the Gym for spacing and formation placements. Weekend practices may also be scheduled during Competition Season as seen fit.
Tryouts: Tryouts are typically held the week after Spring Break. Candidates AND a Parent/Guardian MUST attend the MANDATORY Tryout Meeting in order to continue with the Tryout Process.
