Who Are We?

HCI’s OE & OVIA programme is designed in line with the philosophy of John Dewey (proponent of Experiential Education), to include the following disciplines:

1. Cross Cultural Understanding 

2. Place Based Education 

3. Service Learning, Environmental Education and Interpretation 

4. Industrial and Economic understanding

OE & OVIA programmes are designed to be blended incorporating the above mentioned disciplines, providing rich and holistic learning experiences for the participants, as a platform to enhance the 4 competencies namely adaptive thinking, inventive thinking, communication skills and civic literacy.
