Tyner Academy will offer the ACT to all Juniors in the spring (at Tyner during the school day) to fulfill their graduation requirement.
Tyner also offers the ACT to all the seniors in the fall (at Tyner during the school day) to fulfil their graduation requirements.
Both of these tests are free and do not count against a students allowable waivers.

Cost: The ACT is $63.00 for the test with no writing. The ACT with writing is $88.00. Add $36.00 if you are registering in the late registration window.
Waivers: Test fee waivers are available if you are on free/reduced lunch or meet certain income guidelines. You are only allowed a total of two ACT waivers; you may use these in your junior and/or senior year. See your counselor for more information. ACT waivers DO NOT cover Test Information Release (TIR).
Did you know you can get a copy of your test with the correct answers?
Through Test Information Release (TIR), you can receive a copy of the multiple-choice test questions used to determine your score, a list of your answers, and the answer key. This is available only in December, April & June. TIR is available only in April for students who test through Special Testing. The fee is $30.00 if you order at the time of registration.
Ordering Test Information Release
If you receive accommodations in the classroom or are served in some capacity through 504 or Special Education, you could be eligible to receive accommodations on the ACT test. Please note that you must indicate at the time of registration the need for accommodations. ACT will email you after you have registered and requested accommodations. FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO YOUR MS. BONNICK (504) OR MRS. BUTLER (EX ED) and send her a consent to release information form. Failure to follow the steps will result in your child not receiving the accommodations he or she needs.
