Young Southern Writers Contest
East Ridge Middle School Library, this contest runs from November 10th through January 3rd.
The Young Southern Writers Contest is a Writing Contest sponsored by the Southern Lit Alliance and UTC. Each year a student can write an original creative work of Poetry or Prose (Fiction or Non-Fiction 1000 words or less). A student can submit one of each.
The poetry or prose can be shared through a Google document with Mr. Archer the school librarian. All submissions must be in to Mr. Archer by 11:59 PM on January 13th.
The submissions will be sent to the Southern Lit Alliance who will present medals during a ceremony in March or April.
