RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:
2022: Monitor and distribute data relating to the supply of a mixed-source energy grid using (relatively) inexpensive Raspberry Pi microcomputers.
2023: The base for this algorithm is for agents to be able to calculate some average values in a distributed fashion; we call it distributed average consensus (DAC).
