Implement “Student Engagement Modules” of applied learning related to Core classes. Direct vision and rollout of VW eLab toward this purpose. The VW eLab is a facility with advanced electronic and traditional processes and access to expertise the community can utilize to make most anything they can imagine. 

• Spring 2023: TVA Energy Right Grant Awardee, resulting from implementation of 12+ month energy audit and management program.

• Fall 2021: TA for Mark Rober's Creative Engineering Course, monthly.com

• 2020 TVA Mini-Grant, "Mountain Creek Mesh" Water quality monitors to create long-range wifi-connected sensors to alert agencies of dangers to the water supply. 

• 2019: Teacherpreneur 6.0 presenter, MySchool Ink (unfunded) Using Tennessee's CTE Standards for Digital Arts & Design, this 10+ session course is intended to give participants a very thorough understanding of the ins and outs of the screenprinting process & build a sustainable school-based business.

• 2017: Teacherpreneur 4.0 Awardee, Real-time animatronic  re-enactments of historical debates between personages in multiple states  over fiber internet connection facilitated by LoLa (Low-Latency) protocol.

"Do Better Workbook:" around the turn of the century, my friend gave me a journal/notebook in which to make notes about things I thought could be improved. Rather than talking trash about what we don't like, we discovered it more constructive to "quietly move to the side and do it better." This website is dedicated to gathering information on Digital Fabrication and the concept of "Learning in Context."
