Your HCC Account

Access your HCC Account in 3 steps.

1. Use "forgot password" to set your HCC Account password.

   • Click here to Reset you HCC Account Password

2. After you change your password, sign in to your myHCC Dashboard.

   • See more information on your myHCC Dashboard. 

   • Go to my.hcc.edu to access your myHCC Dashboard

3. Link your account to Microsoft Authenticator for multi-factor authentication.

   • See more information on setting up MFA. 

   • Remember: You don't sign in to the Microsoft Authenticator app. You sign in and set up your account through a browser. 

If you know your HCC email address, Reset you HCC Account Password. 

New to HCC?

• To sign in for the first time, check the personal email address you used when applying to HCC.
  Look for a message from helpdesk@hcc.edu with the subject "Getting Started with your HCC Account."
  Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. 

That email includes your HCC Account information a link to help you set your password and sign in. 

Everything you need for HCC uses the same set of credentials with your HCC Account. 

Your HCC Account is a Microsoft ID and is uses single sign-on (SSO) to access many resources.

With SSO, your browser keeps track of your identity, so if you have another Microsoft or Google account, it is recommended to set up a profile in your browser OR use a separate browser for your HCC Account.
