We do not take insurance at this time. We are happy to help you file a claim on your behalf, however, we EXPECT payment at the time we render service. Our prices are transparent and affordable. We are looking to add insurance in the future but with most plans being high-deductible patients are being burdened with unaffordable medical costs until they meet their deductible.

If you are more than 5 minutes late or do not cancel your appointment with acceptable notice (24 hours), you will be marked as a no-show. Upon three no-shows, you will need to find another provider and will be discharged from the practice.
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours’ notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of team members.
The short answer is that Physicians study diseases and how to cure them, while APNs study people and how to heal them. APNs and Physicians are similar in that both diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic diseases, order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests and prescribe medications. Most insurance companies and suppliers are now referring to both APNs and Physicians as providers. APNs spend more time with patients educating them about how to improve their overall health and assist in healing mind, body, and spirit. This clinic is run by an advanced nurse practitioner.
