Filling out the Inquiry Form or New Student Application does not require you to pay a fee nor does it obligate or consider the student to be enrolled at Highland.
Request Information Online or fill out Application:
Fill out the Inquiry form or New Student Application; this is automatically emailed to the school.
Once filled out your screen will indicate that it was submitted and you will receive an "automatic reply email" stating that as well.
Once I confirm the Application/Inquiry I will email you more information and the next steps of touring and/or applying.

Each students acceptance to Highland is based upon the Admissions policy, checklist completed, Handbook reviewed as well as:

To finalize registration; registration acceptance is contingent on students' Final Report Card; successfully passing their subjects and no major disciplinary issues

If the Student is accepted:
Enrollment Fee is paid at the time of registering (non-refundable; cash, check, money order, debit/credit card)
Automatic Draft Payment Plan is set up for Tuition/Fees and Incidental charges... drafts begin in August of the school year. If registering during the school year the draft begin the first full month the student is enrolled.
Tuition monthly/annually payments must be set up with FACTS. This is the only form of payment accepted.
Office Personnel will set this up with you in your FACTS/ParentsWeb account at the time of completing Registration.
Registration for 2026-27 is open for PK3 - 12th grade.
Registration is based on first come; first serve.
Registration remains open throughout the school year as long as we have availability.
Class sizes are limited and vary in number per grade level.

Highland ...
PK3 students must be 3 by Sept. 30th of that school year and fully potty trained.
PK4 students must be 4 by Sept. 30th of that school year and fully potty trained.
Kindergarten students must be 5 by Sept. 30th of that school year and fully potty trained.
Limited number of student per class: typically 20 per Elementary Class and 24 per Middle/High School Class
Number of Sections of grade level will vary on number of students registered. A waitlist may be needed for a grade level.
Bible Class daily and Chapel weekly
PE daily for PK3 - 10th grade; 11th & 12th Athletic PE if in Sports
Reading Incentive Program for Elementary
College Prep, Honors and/or Dual Enrollment (College Credit) offered for 11th and 12th graders
Bible based and Secular Curriculum - depends on the grade level and subject taken. All subjects are taught with a Biblical World View.
Hard copy textbooks for Elementary; Middle/High School has hard copy and/or online available depending on grade level and subject taken
Chromebooks issued for 7th - 12th grade; Upper Elementary utilizes Chromebooks periodically during certain classes.
Various Sports for 4th - 12th grade
Club and Organizations for 4th - 12th grade
IPSB Bus Transportation is available for students 4 yrs old and up
Before/Aftercare for Pk3 - 6th grade

If your student does not receive vaccinations or you believe they are not up to date you may sign this exemption form. You can turn it into the office the first week of school or email it to myself or Laurie McNeese at lmcneese@hbcsni.org.
This exemption form must be signed every school year.
You may also create an account on MyIRMobile to view your students Vaccination records. If it is up to date we do accept a copy of their form as the students vaccination record.
