Do you need an image for a project? For a poster? For a presentation? The internet has millions of images that come up when you do a search but not all of them can be used legally and ethically, even for a school project. Here are some resources you can use to find images that can be used legally and ethically! Always CITE your images that you use!
An image citation should contain as much of the following as you can find:
Creator's name. Title of the image. Date image was created. Website title, URL.
Example: Bert. Field of flowers. 23 Aug 2022. Flickr, https://www.flickr.com/photos/bertl/1151840575/.

When searching for an image online, make sure you filter copyright free images by clicking on Images > TOOLS > Usage Rights > Creative Commons licenses.
When you choose an image go to the actual webpage where the image is located by clicking on the VISIT button below the picture. When citing the image you must reference the website/webpage the image is from - NOT Google.
When using an image found through Google Slides you must find as much information about the image as possible. Here are the steps to find that info:
NIAID. Staphyfococcus epidermidis Bacteria. 12 Apr 2011. Flickr, flickr.com/photos/niaid/5613984108/in/photostream.
