Meet the Executive Team

Isabella Schott is the Chief Executive Officer for the 2025-2026 school year! She is a senior and this will be her fourth year as part of the team. She has previously served as a barista and Director of Sustainability and is so excited to continue to contribute to the HathCaff. In her free time Isabella loves to run and participate in outdoor activities. Her favorite order is an oat milk iced chai. She can't wait to lead the HathCaff this year! 

Lindsay Reineks is the HathCaff’s Chief Financial Officer for the 2025-26 school year. After working as the Director of Catering in the previous year, she is eager to continue growing the business! In her free time she enjoys singing, baking, and hanging out with friends. Her go-to HathCaff order is an iced chai with a brownie. She can't wait to serve as the CFO this year!

Aanya Lakireddy is the Chief Operating Officer for the HathCaff this year. This is her first year serving on the Executive Board, and she is very excited to work on the HathCaff!! When she's not at school, you can find her playing badminton or watching her favorite sitcoms. Her HathCaff order is a strawberry lemonade and a chocolate croissant! She can’t wait to help out as the COO this year!!

Elissar is super excited to be this year’s Director of HR at the HathCaff! After spending the last two years as a barista, she can’t wait to join the exec team and help things run smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not working, her favorite activities are baking sweets, playing piano, and playing tennis. Her favorite HathCaff order is an iced matcha and a chocolate croissant. She’s really looking forward to the year ahead and can’t wait to see how the HathCaff grows!

Shrividya Regadamilli is the Director of Sustainability for the HathCaff this year. She is excited to be a part of the HathCaff's journey with her first year on the HathCaff Executive Team. In her free time, Shrividya also loves to spend her time at dance, figure skating, or hanging out with friends. Her HathCaff order would be a hot chocolate, and she can't wait to join the HathCaff team this year!

Ananya Rao is the Director of Marketing for the HathCaff this year. This is her first year serving on the Executive Board, and is very excited to help the HathCaff grow. When she's not at the HathCaff, you can find Ananya baking her favorite cookies or snuggled up in her bed with a good book. Her HathCaff order is an Iced chai with 2 pumps of vanilla and a Cinnamon croissant. She can't wait to be the Director of Marketing for the HathCaff this year!

MaryJo Semaan is stepping into the role of Director of Catering and Events for the HathCaff this year. It’s her first time on the Executive Board, and she’s excited to contribute to both the school and HathCaff community. When she’s not working, you can find her going on walks with friends or shopping. Her go-to order is an iced vanilla latte with two pumps of caramel and a cinnamon croissant. She’s looking forward to making this year at the HathCaff special!

Smriti Anand is the Director of the HathCaff Express for the 2025-2026 school year. This is her first year serving on the Executive Board and is very eager to work with the kids and help the HathCaff grow. Her favorite HathCaff order is a brownie. She can't wait to be the Director of the HathCaff Express!
