Gilded Macarons
Emily Wilson '23
Emily Wilson is a junior at Hathaway Brown School. As part of her Strnad project, she studied briefly with a professional French pastry chef, before founding Gilded Macarons, a nonprofit offering a variety of artisanal French macarons. All macarons are made entirely from Emily’s original recipes and use natural and organic ingredients. 100% of Gilded Macarons’ net profits will benefit the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, a national organization that protects and promotes the civil rights of Asian Americans. Emily is excited to partner with the HathCaff this year, and she looks forward to providing everyone at Hathaway Brown with a variety of delicious macarons!

sofeistudio is a stationery shop hoping to add bright and bubbly designs into the world of office supplies. They are a home-based studio with completely original designs, all created with an iPad, Apple Pen, and automatic sticker cutter. Their designs serve as wonderful gifts, decorations, and customizers, all with the main mission of putting a smile on your face!
