The Process!

In this video we share the process we went through to create our very own art work inspired by indigenous Australia.

We planned our work by looking at existing aboriginal art and chose some symbols that would help represent the story our art would show: The Rainbow Serpent. You can read this story on our Aboriginal Art page.

We painted our designs onto canvas using bright or earthy coloured acrylic paints. Dots were used in many aboriginal paintings to hide the true meaning behind the work.
