1. Take it out of its case and put it back again

2. Tell your teacher right away (they may try to fix it on their own) 

3. Go to the library and kindly ask Ms. Balmes or Ms. Cohen to put in a tech ticket

1. Press the volume up button (button closest to the power button)

2. Press the volume down button

3. Hold the power button until the screen turns black (it will take a long time to do that)

A. You'll have to keep to holding until after it gives you the option to slide to power down. 

If you ask, most teachers will provide you with  with a charger, but you should be charging it every night at home. (hint: plug it in when you plug in your phone)
