BAM: Black at Microsoft Scholarship Program
The Seattle Foundation and Microsoft Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have established a scholarship program to assist current high school seniors of African descent (for example, African American, African, Ethiopian, etc.) and plan to continue their education in 4-year college or university pursuing a STEM or Business-related field of study.
HOLA: Microsoft HOLA Scholarship Program
The Seattle Foundation and Microsoft’s Hispanic Organization of Leaders in Action ERG have established a scholarship program to assist current high school seniors who self-identify as Hispanic/Latino decent and plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
DISABILITY: Microsoft Disability Program
The Seattle Foundation and Microsoft Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have established a scholarship program to assist current high school seniors, living with a disability defined by the World Health Organization, who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs and pursuing various eligible areas of study.
WOMEN: Women at Microsoft Scholarship Program
The Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group with the Seattle Foundation have established a scholarship program to assist women (self-identifying) students who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs pursuing an area of study related to technology, engineering, math, or computer science.

The Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawai'i Foundation promotes the pursuit of higher education by awarding scholarship grants to deserving Hawai'i high school seniors.
Eligibility:
Applicant must be a Hawai'i resident.
Applicant must be a high school senior graduating in 2025 with a current GPA of at least 3.5 and above (through first semester of senior year)
Applicant must be accepted to a 4-year college or university.
Applicant must provide 3 letters of recommendation.
Applicant must complete the application and provide ALL required documents by the stated deadline. The scholarship judges reserve the right to request supplemental materials from any applicant.

Eligibility:
Must attend a high school located in the United States.
All high school students eligible regardless of nationality.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Must be in the high school graduating class.
Must have achieved an unweighted 3.50 Cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 Grading Scale.
Must enroll in an eligible four-year College or University the first fall semester following high school graduation.
The scholarship cannot be used to attend a community college, junior college, or online institution.
Must maintain a four year or less graduation schedule, or complete the equivalent of a four year degree if in a professional program.
Must work 240 hours from January 1, 2025 until September 1, 2025. Work must be regularly scheduled employment performed under supervision for compensation. Employment can be full-time or part-time.
Applicant’s Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2023 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000. “Household Income” is defined as the total income received by all adult members of a household living under the same roof.
Applicants are not required to provide FAFSA information. Finalists must provide the FAFSA Summary showing the SAI.

Atsuhiko Tateuchi Memorial Scholarships

Ina Goodwin Tateuchi and her late husband, Atsuhiko Tateuchi, both came from hard-working families and were taught to appreciate and respect education. They wish to provide $10,000 scholarships for students who are residents of the Pacific Rim states (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington) who demonstrate hard work, dedication and sincerity. Students must have financial need and be of Japanese or other Asian ancestry, including multi-ethnic Asians.
Eligibility:
Atsuhiko Tateuchi Memorial Scholarship FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS (up to $10,000)
Students from middle income families and students attending college, university, or graduate schools are encouraged to apply. This scholarship will be renewable for up to four years.
Atsuhiko Tateuchi Memorial Scholarship FOR VOCATIONAL/TRADE (up to $10,000)
This program is for students pursuing a vocational or trade degree or certification (e.g. auto mechanics, carpentry, nursing, plumbing, electrician, manufacturing, HVAC, etc.). This scholarship will be renewable for up to four years.

The Voice of Democracy is open to students in grades 9-12 by the Oct. 31 deadline who are:
Enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States, its territories and possessions; or dependents of U.S. military or civilian personnel in overseas schools.
Students must be U.S. citizens OR lawful U.S. permanent residents or have applied for permanent residence (the application for which has not been denied) and intend to become a U.S. citizen at the earliest opportunity allowed by law.
Foreign exchange students, students age 20 or over, GED or Adult Education Students are ineligible.

The Soroptimist Clubs of Oahu (Central Oahu, Honolulu, North Oahu and Waikiki) are seeking applicants from Oahu high schools for the Soroptimist Violet Richardson Award. Are YOU a young woman between the ages of 14 - 18 who exhibits leadership qualities as a volunteer in your school or community? Who sees challenges instead of obstacles? Hope instead of despair? If you are a young woman who believes in the power of volunteer action, then you may be eligible to receive a Soroptimist Violet Richardson Award.
The Violet Richardson Award recognizes young women volunteers who make the community and world a better place through volunteer efforts. Although we realize that volunteering is its own reward, we also know the power that positive reinforcement brings, especially in supporting and encouraging young women to continue their work as a community volunteer leader. Award recipients will receive a certificate and a $500 cash award. They will also be recognized and honored at our annual awards reception, which will be held in April 2025 at the Prince Waikiki.

The Pauahi Foundation administers scholarships that have been created by private donors. The Foundation awards scholarships supporting college level areas of study, as well as trade and vocational courses. Many awards are determined based on merit, while some awards take financial need into consideration. Scholarships are available to the general public, including students who are not graduates of Kamehameha Schools. Scholarships at APIA Scholars are open to Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and/or Pacific Islander (AANHPI) undergraduate students attending U.S. accredited colleges or universities. Scholarship amounts range from $2,500 one-year awards to $20,000 multi-year awards.
