In order to book a room, you must fill out a form and you will be redirected to complete payment on touchnet for your stay. This information will be located here. 

Rooms are $20 a night and you can pay through touchnet. 

You can park on Michigan Ave. or go on MyParking Portal to get a day pass for $6 a day. 

You can room with a friend as long as they're an IIT student. They must fill out a booking form and list you as their roommate so we can make necessary accommodations prior to your stay.  

We accept some walk-ins depending on availability of rooms, and walk-ins might cost extra.

All rooms are single by default unless you choose to room with someone. Both people have to indicate that they are rooming with each other.

We want to ensure that all our guests have the opportunity to experience Hawk House's unique accommodations. Therefore, we have a policy in place that allows guests to stay for a maximum of three consecutive weeks (21 days). This policy helps us manage demand and provide equal access to our facilities for everyone. 

To ensure a seamless renewal process and accommodation availability, we kindly request that you provide Hawk House with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your intended stay extension. This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements and continue providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to reach out to our team to initiate your stay renewal at least 48 hours prior to your current stay's end date.

Yes, reservations are needed to keep track of room availability.

If you are in a study group who needs a room longer than 3 hours, you must coordinate with another student in your group so that student can make a reservation right after yours, or communicate with a Hawk House employee to see if anyone else needs the room.

All study rooms have an open door policy! You are free to come and go as you please.

Rooms 107, 109, and 111 are available for day time usage and studying. You are welcome to use our lounge and kitchen as well!

For the safety of students and ease of services, we do not accept appointments made for someone else.

You may make reservations between your arrival 28 days in advance.
