HRWA Member Rates

•      Full conference (all 3 days): $TBD

•      Single-day pass: $TBD

Non-Member Rates

•      Full conference: $TBD

•      Single-day pass: $TBD

Registration Deadlines

•      Early-bird registration ends: Friday, August 28, 2026

•      Standard registration ends: Friday, October 23, 2026

•      On-site registration: available with $50 surcharge, subject to space

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by Wednesday, September 30, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no cost. Email hrwaconference@hawaiirwa.org to make changes.

Group Discounts

Utilities sending five or more staff members may qualify for a group rate. Contact us at hrwaconference@hawaiirwa.org for details.
