Tuesday, November 17, 2026 - Day 1 Technical Sessions & Welcome

•      Conference registration opens

•      Vendor & exhibitor set-up: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

•      Opening session and keynote

•      Concurrent technical sessions: Water, Wastewater, Resilience tracks

•      Welcome Cocktail Reception in the exhibit hall: 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Wednesday, November 18, 2026 - Day 2 Technical Sessions

•      Concurrent technical sessions continue

•      Exhibit hall open all day with breaks and lunch in the hall

•      Meet & Greet in the exhibit hall: 2:00 - 6:00 PM

•      Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Competition

•      Great American Water Taste Test during the evening reception

Thursday, November 19, 2026 - Day 3 Technical Sessions

•      Concurrent technical sessions continue

•      Awards luncheon and closing session with door-prize drawings

•      Vendor tear-down: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

CEUs will be submitted to the Hawai'i Department of Health for approval for water and wastewater operator certifications. CEU tracking will occur by scanning your conference ID badge in/out of each session. Final CEU counts will be posted to this page closer to the event.
