3D PRODUCTION
Digital Composites
Realistic video composites created using modeling, lighting, texturing, animating, and rendering in Autodesk Maya, and 3D camera tracking and editing in Adobe After Effects.
"Daydream"
A combination of modeling, layout design, lighting, and texturing in Autodesk Maya were used to render these visuals for the short film "Daydream," created by the 2023 Animation cohort of KCC's New Media Arts program.

Street Sign Swap-Out
3D camera tracking in Adobe After Effects and clean plates made in Adobe Photoshop were composited to replace a flashing neon sign in this footage of the streets of Myeong-dong, South Korea.
"Ghost Notes"
3D animatic for the nonverbal short film "Ghost Notes," a story about a woodworking ghost who dreams of playing in the drum line for which he repairs instruments. All assets were modeled and animated with basic lighting and texturing in Autodesk Maya before being edited with sound in Adobe Premiere Pro. There is no sound, however, in this preview.
Human Head
3D model of a male human bust initially created from wireframe drawings on photographs. Topology was sculpted from low to high-poly in Autodesk Maya before its UVs were laid out and manually textured for color, bump, and specular maps in Adobe Photoshop. Maya's default lighting was used for this video.
3D Graphics
3D models created in Autodesk Maya and developed in terms of lighting, texturing, and layout for rendering with Arnold.
