Dr. Roger Chen, Program Director - Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Construction Engineering. Dr. Chen received his PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park, and BS and MS from the University of Texas at Austin, in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He focuses on understanding and modeling the human dimensions of smart and connected cities, and mobility services. He is a member of the TRB Standing Committees on ICT and Travel (AEP35) and Traveler Behaviors and Values (AEP30).
Bhargav Kaushik, Assistant Director of Operations - Mr. Kaushik is a doctoral student in the School of Architecture at UH-Manoa. He is graduating with a D.Arch. in Architecture in 2026. He is the guy behind the scene for this year's camp activities and media.
Ruimin Lin, Camp Counselor - Ruimin is an undergraduate sophomore at UH-Manoa, majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Transportation Systems. She is the current president of the UH-Manoa ITE Student Chapter.
