Aloha and welcome to the website of the Pacific Summer Transportation Education Program or PAC-STEP, a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Summer Transportation Institute (NSTI).

For 2023, PAC-STEP is a summer camp for high school students from the State of Hawaii, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and Guam. The goal of PAC-STEP is to introduce students to STEM skills and further their interests in transportation-related careers.
