Students who will only be taking online classes and accessing online services do not need to submit health clearance documents.
Please note that Hawaiʻi CC does not currently offer any completely online degrees.
Before you can register for in-person classes, you must clear the general health requirements. There are 4 general health requirements:
TB (Tuberculosis)
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
Varicella (Chicken Pox)
Students living in the dorms may require additional vaccinations.
Click here for detailed information about UH Health requirements.
Beginning with Spring 2023, students will use Med+Proctor to submit health documents.
Your UH Email/Username must be created.
Gather your immunization and TB records.
Create an account.
Upload clear photos or scans of your records.
Await notification from Med+Proctor for verification.
A Health Immunization Clearance Form is available to assist with gathering the required information.
