Leeward CC dedicated time and resources to revising its mission and vision and creating our Strategic Plan. The plan is based on two guiding principles (equity and sustainability) and four pillars (student success, thriving employees, high-quality resources, and Native Hawaiian place of learning). The Strategic Plan is the foundation of our efforts in all areas of the campus, aiming for Leeward CC to become the leading indigenous-serving community college dedicated to inclusion, innovation, and the Hawaiian sense of place.
