Survey

The open-ended survey questions answered by participants were structured with the purpose to define the concept of female gaze. The concept of female gaze is contextualized by the terms empowerment, sexual objectification, and male gaze in media. Therefore, the questions were ordered to allow the participant to identify and define the context terms first, before defining female gaze. Each question also requested the participant's reasoning.
