S. J. Butlin Prize

The S.J. Butlin Prize is awarded for the best PhD or Masters thesis in Australian and New Zealand economic history.

J. W. McCarty Prize

The J.W. McCarty Prize is awarded to the best 4th-year honours or graduate sub-thesis in economic history completed at an academic institution in Australian or New Zealand, awarded by the Economic History Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Sir Timothy Coghlan Prize

The Coghlan Prize is awarded annually to the best paper published in the previous year in the Asia-Pacific Economic History Review.

E. O. G. Shann  Award

The E. O. G. Shann Award  for Distinguished Service to Economic History in Australia and New Zealand 

The Asia-Pacific Prize in Economic History is awarded to the best PhD dissertation in Asia-Pacific economic history.
