I grew up in Buffalo, NY and completed my undergraduate degree in chemistry at Cornell University in Ithaca. Afterwards, I went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for my Ph.D., which I completed in the spring of 2020 working with Prof. Danny Fredrickson. I spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Jakoah Brgoch at the University of Houston, then two more years as a Maria Goeppert Mayer fellow in the Materials Science Division at Argonne National Lab outside Chicago. I started my position as an Assistant Professor in the Chemistry department at Haverford in the summer of 2024
When I’m not thinking about chemistry, you can find me playing ultimate frisbee (or any racket sport), hiking/camping, or watching the Bills game.

I am from Cottonwood Heights, Utah. I am majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Classical Studies. Other than research, I am a part of the Men’s Lacrosse team as well as Air Force ROTC. When I have free time I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and cooking.
I hail from Shaker Heights, Ohio, which is outside Cleveland, and am majoring in chemistry and minoring in physics. Besides research, I am involved in the chemistry student group helping to promote accessibility in the department, work as a physics TA, and play on the men’s soccer team. I also love to play hockey at Lame Ducks every week, and I enjoy reading and baking at home.
I’m a junior from Moorhead, MN (across the river from Fargo, ND), but very recently moved to Poughkeepsie, NY. I am majoring in chemistry, and I stay busy outside of academics through club badminton and playing music, both in orchestra and solo piano. My latest obsession is mid 20th century Italian film music, which I frequently have on while studying.
I’m a sophomore from Delhi, India and have also lived in Europe and the Middle East. I am a prospective double major in physics and maths. Outside of academics, I enjoy jiu jitsu, kickboxing, cooking, philosophy, watching football and spending time in nature when I can.
I’m a sophomore international student from Beijing, China, currently planning to major in physics with a possible minor in math or chemistry. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing soccer and golf, and I’ve been exploring electronic music production. I’m especially into EDM and film scores lately, and I’ve been trying to learn a bit of composition on the side.
I am from Potomac, Maryland. I am currently studying chemistry and applied math. Outside of academics, I love soccer, cooking, and weight lifting.
I’m a sophomore from Rockville, Maryland, planning to major in chemistry. I am a member of the Donkey's Haverford Ultimate Frisbee team. Beyond catching discs, I am a huge rock climber, both indoors and outdoors. Major goals include running a marathon, doing the side splits, and learning to backflip. Additionally, I love playing board games. Some of my favorites include Chess, Tapestry, and Ark Nova.
Not very good at research, but good at napping in the sun.
I’m a senior from Montville, New Jersey majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Pure Math. At Haverford, I am a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team and I enjoy hanging out with friends, listening to music, and cooking.
Post-graduation plans: Pursuing a P.D. in Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
I am a senior chemistry major from Lancaster, Ohio. On campus I run for the men’s track and field team and work as a TA for the chemistry department. In my free time I like to watch sports, spend time outdoors, and listen to folk music.
Post-graduation plans: Pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkley with Prof. Jeff Long.
I’m a Chemistry major with an Applied Math minor from Warren, Rhode Island. On campus, I’m a TA for the Chemistry department and play on the Bi-Co Club Soccer team. I love playing cards and board games, making art, testing banana bread recipes, and watching football (go Bills!)
