Someone who is a digital citizen can use technology correctly, such as following rules of the app, respecting people on the app as well, and using private information that can be shared in the right situation. They also can use others' work and respond to it with respect if they get permission to use someone else's work.
A knowledge constructor is someone who can navigate their way through the internet. They can learn how to use the tools to be more organized. They can also go into websites and use them safely. They can navigate websites to find information that can help their research.
