Reflection:

• Using a micro bit, an iPad, and a computer, I created a code that has blinking lights in a circle, i did this because it would be easy and something i could complete in a short time.

• During this process, I learned how to make things flash on the screen and make different codes  allowing the ability to play games.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I used digital tools to solve problems I had with my codes.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was that I couldn't get the circle to appear and disappear. I was able to do it by making a blank LED screen and then making change with my pattern and just doing that a few times.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the idea that i had and most likely change the pattern or code for the micro-bit i made. The reason why I would change it is because I would make it look cooler and would be more fun or challenging. 

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in Software Engineering because you have to code the lights to do what you want them to do allow the peak of your interests and do cool things.
