Using My assigned computer, iPad, the app Adafruit, and finally a circuit. I created a chance game because I wanted to make a game that would test your luck and allow you to have fun. In conclusion making a chance game satisfied myself and seemed like it would make a good design/ idea for my project
During this process, I learned how to code a circuit using the app Adafruit and make cool designs along the perimeter of flashing lights, games, custom patterns, and music. Although i mainly learned how to make a chance game. Another reason why i chose this is because i wanted to do a more challenging project that would seem cool.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to a Computational Thinker because throughout my time making my project I had to make and solve complex codes/ problems. For example when plotting how to make different codes i had to solve problems and make solutions to figure out the problem. Also when making the code for my circuit i had to make a code for when anyone who tries the game and gets it wrong that the circuit will flash red and make a siren indecating that they got it wrong.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making the code for the chance game. I was able to do it by asking a friend for help and looking for the codes to make the start of my code/ chance game. Also using many different codes to make my project
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the chance of getting the right answer. I'd like to make it more accurate and realistic. The reason why I would change it is because it's not as accurate and fun if there's such and high and low probability in the chance game.
