Using Makey makey, playdoh, and circuit, I created a playdoh space button because i'm tired of everything in keyboard being hard i want to squish it.
During this process, I learned how to make a makey makey with anything and learned what it is.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global collabrator because this is on a public website for everyone.
A challenge I overcame on this project was where to put the allighator clips. I was able to do it by asking my partner.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the item we used. The reason why I would change it is because i couldve used a teddy bear.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in engineering because I can make a keyboard with this or piano and thats what engineers do.
