Using Cardboard, I created a solar oven because I wanted too test if the sun could different types of food.

During this process, I learned how work better in a team and be more open too ideas from team mates.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties Creative Communicator because I had to share my ideas with my partner to make sure that the project went right.

A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how too use the supply's i was given. I was able to do it by figuring out where it was all at.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of tin foil. The reason why I would change it is because it didn't have another time too add it because I wanted too be done by Thursday.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers Manufacturing and Production in because These roles are focused on the industrial creation of cardboard materials, such as corrugating, die-cutting, and assembling, particularly in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
