• Using tinker-cad, I created a 3d print because I decided what I was going to make and I was able to make it.

• During this process, I learned how to 3d print objects.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to 3d printing jobs because They have to do with printing objects and making them useful.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to fit the pieces right. I was able to do it by looking at my tools and then getting the pieces connected.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I did my project. The reason why I would change it is because my project exploded because it was hollow.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in 3d printing and tool making jobs.
