p10-3-D design

What I made was Steve from Minecraft, Steve is going on a mining trip and he has his torch and pickaxe. I had to make him flat because it would be harder for the 3-D printer to make my creation. What I learned was that to make your creation flat on the board than the creation to be standing up. I had to deleat the stand that made my creation stand up because i had to have my creation lay flat for the 3-D printer. The standards that tied to my project were, one standard was being a Empowered Learner because I leaned to make my creation to be flat and to be holding objects in the creations hands. the objects were a tortch and a pickaxe. the pickaxe was the hardest due to its shape. The second standard that I obtained was being a Global Collabortator because I used the tools that the sight gave me to make my creation (minecraft Steve). And I had to use the 3-D printer to make my creation. This was possible by when I sent a STL of my creation in a email to my teacher and he sent it to the 3-D printer to make my cration. And my last standard that tied to my project 10 was being a Innovative Designer because I had to put eyes in my creation and this was a problem. So i solved my problem by using the tools that the site gave me and had to move my creation around and put the eyes perfectly in the creations head. the challenge was to make objects for my creation to be holding, I thought a pickaxe and tortch would be great but they were hard to make. I over came this challeng by the help with the sites tools and me moving my creation to the perfect spot to make his legs the same length and his arms. If I would pick career that suited project 10 i would be a profecinal 3-D designer. what I would make is peices and parts to tools and cars and to make toys for kids out of the 3-D print.
