Reflection

Using the iPad and the iRobot, I created Beauty and the Beast song because it is one of the cool songs we are doing in band.
During this process, I learned how to code the iRobot to play notes.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I worked with my partner well and it is going out for the whole world to see.
A challenge I overcame on this project was having to be quiet on testing day. I was able to do it by not connecting to the robot untill we need to.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what song I did. The reason why I would change it is because the song is very repetitve.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Robot Programmer.
