Using 3d printer, I created a phone holder because I needed a phone holder to put my phone on.
During this process, I learned exactly how to combine shapes to make them look different then they are.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I created something to share with the world.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the tilt the whole thing kept tilting under the map. I was able to do it by trying the tilt in one spot to see how it looked.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change nothing . The reason why I wouldn't change anything cause i did things different then i did last time.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in 3d printing to make things.
