This project will trap the cool looking robot into the box (trap)

then we will have caught the robot

This is Dre measuring and designing the trap. This is the dripped out robot

• Using a robot and a box, I created leprechaun trap because St. patties day was Wednesday .

• During this process, I learned how to successfully customize a robot.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designer because we designed the trap to capture the robot.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was getting correct measurement . I was able to do it by trying multiple times with different designs.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the item used. The reason why I would change it is because the smaller robot are easier with the box that we selected.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Drafting and Design Engineer .
