Using CoSpaces, I created a prehistoric environment because it creates away to see prehistoric life.
During this process, I learned how to code animations and create a virtual land from nothing.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational thinker because I used coding to make animations move and interact with other animations .
A challenge I overcame on this project was coding because I didn't know how to run two animations at the same time. I was able to do this by putting the two separate animation programs into a parallel block .
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the environment. The reason why I would change it is because I think it would look better having more forest.
This project connect to careers in virtual reality and the engineering program at Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program.
As you can see, I made a prehistoric jungle display.
