Day 1

I started to think of ideas and thought of a pencil holder.

I decided on making one of my favorite characters being The batman who laughs.

I started on the basic shapes such as the main objects needed to start the 3d.

After the main objects i worked on the details and scaling my 3d project.

I finished and printed my 3d project.

Using Tinkercad, I created a pencil holder because I wanted to create somthing original of something I wanted to use.
During this process, I learned how to create 3d projects through tinkercad.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I created something original I wanted to make on my own.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out the many different tools. I was able to do it by watching videos, help from others, and exploring the many differnt options.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the shapes I used to make it. The reason why I would change it is because it could'v looked better if I figured out how to use the other shapes to create my 3d project.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 3d modeling because I created a 3d projectthat could be helpful towards 3d modeling.
