Using a sewing machine, I created a pillow case because it would look cool around a pillow .
During this process, I learned how to sew, and where to put the material to sew it perfectly.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to inovative designer because i can design things for the daily life for cool details.
A challenge I overcame on this project was sewing in a straight line. I was able to do it by holding my hands still and in the same place so the string stayed in the same spot.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the egde of the pillow case. The reason why I would change it is because you can see the string from the after results of sewing.
