Daily log

• Using a computer, and the circuit playground express, I created a blinking light, a siren with blinking red and blue lights, and a  wheel of fortune because they are fun things to make and I wanted to challenge myself.

• During this process, I learned how to use the circuit playground and how to code the lights. One more thing I learned is how to make a spinning wheel I couldn't figure out how to do in the beginning.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because I shared my project with the whole world on my website. another this is that I came up with my own ideas and didn't use copywrite.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was making a wheel of fortune. I was able to do it by practicing and messing around with certain tools I didn't know I needed to make it. Another thing I did was ask my friends for help.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because I could make more but I didn't have much time to. Another reason I could change it is because there is some projects I wanted to do that I couldn't do because I didn't have a lot of time.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the  CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in Web devolving coding instructor because I was using coding skills to make my project work..
