Using cardboard,tinfoil,tape,and screws, I created a table football machine because i wanted to make something for people to have fun on.
During this process, I learned to persevere through things so they wont slow me down and restrict me from finishing a good project.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because we used different materials to teach ourselves and others.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding out we want to do it because we were going to make a tower first,then a table and chairs,then an umbrella, and finally we settled on a table football machine. I was able to do it by thinking of something that would be fun and everyone would like to do..
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the support on the legs and the goal post. The reason why I would change it is because in our game you have to score within a small square.
