7p3 Micro Bit

  Using  The Micro bits and iPad , I created different programs for the Micro bit. I programed the beating heart, name badge, animated animals and more. Because I can learn and use programing skills with the micro bit.  During this process, I learned  programing skills and how to program the micro bit. Also how to do different stuff with them. Like making the animated and and a dice.

        The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global        Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner  because  I  learned  the skills to program a micro bit. I learned how to use the skills to program different projects like making a counter and magic 8 ball. Also I  decided what I was going to do and how i was going to do it.

 A challenge I overcame on this project was I couldn't download it onto the micro bit . I was able to do it by I clicked the help button and  it showed me how to download it onto the micro bit.

 Given a chance to do this again, I would change  Some of the projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because _They could be longer or maybe harder to do. I could also create some myself.

 Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia,  Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the   Computer Programming because I programed the micro bit to do something.  CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in  Web Designer.
