Today I made my website and started thinking about my creation. I made a list of 10 ideas and answered my planning questions to help me with this project.

Today we learned about I movie and how to use it.

Today we started editing on I movie and learning how to add sound. I put a picture of a cute dog and added barking sound effects.

Today I added more pictures and audio to my video.

I started on my final video for this project.

I worked more on my project recorded my voice , added more pictures and sound affects. Also I worked on finishing it up.
Reflection
Using iMovie and an iPad, I created a movie about some of my favorite things because I want people to know what I like and why. During this process, I learned how to make a video on iMovie and add many things to my video like music and sound effects as well as how to record something. I also added pictures to my video about me.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Leaner because My project I used the skills I learned and resources that were provided in this class to create an original design that is all about me and the stuff I like. Also, I controlled my learning by exploring all the stuff I could use and learn on this project and getting feedback to help me. I also Allowed other students to help me when learning using iMovie.
A challenge I overcame on this project was Not hearing my voice when I tried to record my voice over. I was able to do it by Going in the hallway where it is quiet so I could hear it when I listened back to the recording. I also used a microphone to be able to hear my voice better.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change My voiceover to be longer or better . The reason why I would change it is because They are short and could be longer and about better stuff. Also they could be louder.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in directing.
