For my recent project, I used TinkerCAD to design an original game. This experience taught me a lot about the precision required for 3D modeling, especially since I discovered that accurately placing objects and assets within the workspace is much more difficult than it looks. This project directly aligns with the Innovative Designer standard, as I had to use design tools to create a unique solution to my own boredom.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to construct the specific red walls and other decorative items I envisioned for the game environment. I was able to overcome these obstacles through trial and error, specifically by analyzing my mistakes and using critical thinking to fix them. If I were to do this project again, I would focus on adding more environmental details, as I feel the current version lacks the visual complexity I want for the final game.

This project also has strong ties to my future and the programs at Hastings High School. It connects directly to the Computer Programming CTE program, as well as the broader technology field. By using my computer to design the game and my 3D printer to bring elements of it to life, I am developing the technical skills necessary for a career in the modern tech industry.
