• Using cardboard, I created a plinko board because I thought it would have been cool.

• During this process, I learned how to make things look good on the project while also making it work correctly.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I am constructing things while also fixing things to construct.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was keeping the back board op straight because it keep falling over and in half . I was able to do it by hot gluing another piece of cardboard on the back of the long strip of card board.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change part of the design. The reason why I would change it is because most the time some of the tin foil balls fall out.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in engineering things.
