Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understands users. Design thinking is most useful to tackle ill-defined or unknown problems and involves five phrases, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The five stages are, Empathize-Research your User’s needs, Define-State your User’s Needs and Problems, Ideate-Challenge Assumptions and Create Ideas, Prototype-Start to create solutions, and Test-Try your solutions out.
