Planning Questions

im working by myself 

i will a idea of what my project is going to look like 

my plan to create this project is for it to be a escape maze 

my unique qualites of my project will have possibly movable objects if i can figure that out 

• Using delightex, I created a space escape maze because i love mazes and i wanted to create one myself. Another reason why i created a space maze was because every fall my nana and papa would take me to a place to win prizes if we completed the corn maze. I also created a space maze because mazes remind me of when i would get lost all the time in corn mazes.

• During this process, I learned that you can add people and make them do walking animations. Another thing i learned during this process was that you could add different scenes for the project. Another thing that i learned was that i could do different things with the camera like for example i could add the camera to different items and code them together. 

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because i am sharing my project with the world. My project also ties to empowered learner because i am learning new things like coding for example. 

• A challenge I overcame on this project was making items clickable. I was able to do it by adding a code that makes it where once you click the item it disappears. Another challenge i over came on this project was adding locks to doors i was able to over come this by grouping the lock and the door together. 

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change my project and start from scratch all over again. The reason why I would change it is because i had so many other ideas that i could've created like one for example i could've created a race car game. I also would change most of my coding on my project because i saw so many other things of code that i wanted to try but couldn't. 

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. The reason why it connects to computer programming is because i am coding new things. 

• My project connects to careers in computer programming because i am coding items in my project, and i am making things clickable by adding code.
